Welcome to Summer Moon Sanctuary. By booking a session, purchasing a course, or accessing any of our digital or in-person offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Information

Summer Moon Sanctuary provides holistic wellness services including massage therapy, energy healing, herbal education, and online programs such as Burnout to Brilliant.
These offerings are intended to support relaxation, education, and self-awareness — they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services or purchase courses.
By using this site or attending sessions, you confirm that all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.

3. Health & Safety

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or injuries before your session.
Summer Moon Sanctuary reserves the right to reschedule or decline service if a condition presents a contraindication for treatment.
All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Bookings & Payments

All appointments and course enrollments require advance payment at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: [credit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.].
You will receive an automated confirmation email upon successful booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may forfeit payment.

• Courses and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  If you need to reschedule, please text Rev. Summer at 904-466-2801 as soon as possible.

6. Refund Policy

• In-person services: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

• Courses and events: Refunds are available up to [X days] before the course start date. After access is granted, all sales are final.

• Products or handouts: Non-refundable once downloaded or shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, videos, images, and digital content — including Burnout to Brilliant — are the property of Summer Moon Sanctuary and are protected under copyright law.
You may not reproduce, share, or resell any portion of this content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

All services and educational materials are provided for informational and spiritual wellness purposes only.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Duval County, Florida.
